4 Goals for 2026 Jan 6th 2026

The first goal I would like to achieve in 2026 is being able to reach a double g above the staff in the stands at football games. This goal is important to me because range is important to me and the more range that I develop opens me to more opportunities such as lead trumpet in a jazz band. To achieve my goal, I need to practice long tones at different dynamics and gradually work my way from around a c above the staff to a double g, and do this every day. I hope to reach my goal by the start of football season my senior year.

The second goal I would like to achieve in 2026 is scoring 1200 or above on the SAT. This goal is important to me since a better SAT score opens more opportunities for scholarships. To achieve my goal, I will have to study, prepare, and hopefully take a class that teaches to the SAT. I would like to score at least 1200 on the June SAT

The third goal I have for 2026 is to pass all math quizzes and tests this semester. This goal is important to me because I would like to raise my grade in algebra, and the test category is really weighing my grade down. To achieve my goal, I need to study, pay attention, and get more sleep so I am not falling asleep in class. I would like to achive my goal by the end of this school year

My fourth goal for 2026 is to buy and renovate a camper to travel around the U.S. This goal is important to me because I love to travel and would like to see more national parks in the U.S. To achieve my goal, I need to save a couple thousand dollars to buy a camper, and money to get materials to renovate it, force my friends to do a lot of unpaid labor that's what friends are for ), and eventually have a nice camper to take around the U.S. I would like to achieve this goal by the end of 2026

over the break, i went to Kentucky and stayed at home

In “Birches,” Robert Frost celebrates imagination as a way to escape life’s difficulties and reconnect with innocence. The speaker wishes to “get away from earth awhile” but also understands that he must eventually return to reality. Think about the role of imagination in your own life. How does imagination help you cope with challenges, boredom, or stress?

Everyone has burning questions about life. Mysteries we wonder about but don’t always have clear answers for. Think about your biggest questions about existence, purpose, or the world around you. Write a blog post where you share at least two of your most burning questions about life and explain why these questions matter to you.
