Write about a meaningful object or place in your life that carries a story.

Prompt response: One meaningful object in my life is my trumpet. I got my trumpet from one of my friends, Rowan. He gave the trumpet to me before a basketball game that the pep band was playing at. At this point, I've only ever played a cornet which I had started playing my freshman year. The trumpet is a 1976 Olds Ambassador with a Pilczuk R47X leadpipe. It's my favorite trumpet that I currently own, out of around 6 different trumpets. The trumpet is also very sentimental to me. Mainly because I got it from one of my close friends who has helped me countless time with trumpet playing and preparing for auditions. This trumpet has been with me through marching band, many auditions, pep band, jazz band, some gigs at restaurants, and to many different states. I always wonder who has played it and where is had been, since its 49 years old. This trumpet got me into collecting trumpets, so I now have: six trumpets, one slide trumpet, two cornets, two flugelhorns, two clarinets and one saxophone. I'm now planning to buy an Olds Super once I save enough money for it.

Summary: we read a navajo myth about how the world was created.

Reflection: we learned that bibles and Noah's ark relate in many ways to older native American literature

In “Birches,” Robert Frost celebrates imagination as a way to escape life’s difficulties and reconnect with innocence. The speaker wishes to “get away from earth awhile” but also understands that he must eventually return to reality. Think about the role of imagination in your own life. How does imagination help you cope with challenges, boredom, or stress?

Write a blog post where you share at least two of your most burning questions about life and explain why these questions matter to you.
